BBQ Hot Dog Rice Bowl

Yesterday's dogs, today's delight. Leftover hot dogs get sliced, glazed in BBQ sauce, and served over rice for a lunch that disappears faster than the original barbecue.

Ingredients

  • Leftover hot dogs, thawed
  • Leftover rice
  • BBQ sauce
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Mix equal parts BBQ sauce and water.
  2. Slice the hot dogs thinly.
  3. Dip the slices in the BBQ mixture.
  4. Air fry at the highest temperature for 15 to 20 minutes, until crispy.
  5. Chop the crispy pieces into bits, leaving some larger for extra crunch.
  6. Mix with the rice.

The easiest leftover win of the summer.
