Burger Salad

Salad Base

• Leftover burgers
• Pastrami or beef fry
• Romaine lettuce
• Tomato
• Caramelized onions
• Cabbage
• Red onions
• Sliced dill pickles

Copycat Animal-Style Dressing

• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons ketchup
• 2 tablespoons minced white onion
• 1 1/2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
• 3/4 teaspoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon yellow mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Break the leftover burgers into large pieces.
2. Add all the salad ingredients to the bowl.
3. Toss with the dressing.

Grill extra patties this weekend. Monday lunch is counting on it.
