Equipment
- Mixer
- Rolling pin
- Circular cookie cutter (a cup or empty can also works)
Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 6 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 cups flour
- Filling of choice (Nutella, cookie dough, pie filling, Reese's cups)
Instructions
- Cream the sugar and margarine in the mixer.
- Beat in the eggs.
- Mix in the orange juice and vanilla.
- Gradually add the flour and baking powder.
- Refrigerate the dough (overnight is best).
- Roll out and cut 3-inch circles.
- Add filling to the center of each.
- Pinch the edges to form triangles.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 375°F.
One batch is never enough. Plan accordingly.
