Ingredients

• Leftover lasagna
• Eggs, beaten
• Breadcrumbs
• Cornflake crumbs
• Seasoned salt
• Garlic powder
• Black pepper
• Oil for frying

Instructions

1. Cut the lasagna into small cubes.
2. Dip each cube in beaten egg.
3. Coat in the breadcrumb mixture (equal parts breadcrumbs and cornflake crumbs, plus the seasonings).
4. Fry until golden and crispy on all sides.

Leftover lasagna will never make it to day two in its original form again.
