Deli Roll Pinwheels

The perfect solution for leftover deli meat. These flaky pinwheels wrap deli slices in pastry with just the right amount of sauce, turning odds and ends from the fridge into a tray of golden appetizers.

Ingredients
- Leftover deli meat (turkey, pastrami, salami, or whatever you have)
- Puff pastry dough, thawed
- Yellow mustard
- Dijon mustard
- Honey
- Ketchup
- Duck sauce, for brushing
Instructions
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard.
- Drizzle with honey and add the first layer of deli meat.
- Spread yellow mustard and add a second layer of meat.
- Top with ketchup and the final deli layer.
- Roll up tightly and slice into rounds.
- Place on a cookie sheet, or in muffin tins for a better shape.
- Brush with duck sauce.
- Bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes, until golden brown and flaky.
- Tip: whenever you have leftover deli meat, freeze it, then defrost when you are ready to make a batch.
Perfect for Shabbat lunch, game day, or any time a snack tray is required.
