Molten Cup Chocolate Chip Cookie Pies

Three-ingredient dessert magic. These molten cookie pies hide a gooey center inside a golden cookie shell, and they come together with almost nothing in the pantry.

Ingredients

• Frozen cookie dough
• Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
• Store-bought chocolate frosting
• Vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)
• Note: this also works with vegan cookie dough and vegan Reese's

Instructions

1. Thaw the cookie dough.
2. Place one cookie in a ramekin.
3. Press a well into the center.
4. Add a dollop of chocolate frosting.
5. Sprinkle in chopped peanut butter cups.
6. Top with another cookie.
7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
8. Serve hot with ice cream. The inside will look molten; that is exactly what you want.

Serve warm, spoon required.
