Rainbow Hamantaschen

Ingredients

• Hamantaschen dough (use our traditional recipe or your favorite!)
• Food coloring (as many colors as you'd like!)
• Ziplock bags
• Filling of choice (the more colorful, the better!)

Instructions

1. Separate the dough into individual bags
2. Add food coloring and begin kneading in the bag
3. Once color begins to dye the dough, take it out and continue kneading by hand
4. Roll "snakes" of each color and line them up one after another
5. Press down and roll the dough out with a rolling pin
6. Cut into 3-inch circles
7. Add filling in center
8. Pinch edges tightly from the middle while making a triangle
9. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375°F until lightly brown
