Bagel Pockets

Ingredients

• Sourdough discard
• Leftover taco meat
• Tomato sauce
• Bagel dough ingredients (see our bagel dogs recipe)

Instructions

1. Roll out the bagel dough.
2. Mix the taco meat with the tomato sauce.
3. Place the meat in the middle of the dough.
4. Fold over and roll into a ball.
5. Follow the bagel boiling and baking steps, adding your favorite bagel toppings before baking if you like.

Bake a double batch and stash some in the freezer.
